'Moving Clock' (hereinafter 'Service') establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of users and to process related grievances promptly.
The Service can be used without a separate membership registration process, and in principle, does not collect or store direct identification information such as name and contact information of the user on the server.
Collection of User Feedback: Feedback voluntarily entered by users for service improvement and error correction may be stored on an external server. This information is used only for the purpose of improving the service and cannot be viewed by anyone other than the administrator.
Collection Items: (Required) Service use records, access logs, device information (model name, OS version), advertisement identifiers (ADID/IDFA), Approximate location information for weather information.
Collection Method: Automatic collection through third-party services (Google AdMob) and collection through user feedback input.
In principle, the Service does not provide or sell users' personal information to third parties.
However, for the provision of customized advertisements and service analysis, the following third-party services are utilized.
On-device data: Information set by the user is stored only inside the device and is destroyed immediately upon app deletion.
Server-stored data: Information stored on the server, such as user feedback, is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection is achieved (upon completion of service improvement). Information in the form of electronic files is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce the records.
Users can exercise their rights to view, correct, delete, or request suspension of processing for their personal information (feedback, etc.) at any time. For related requests, please contact the information provided in Section 9, and we will take action without delay.
The Service is taking the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information.
Users can choose whether to receive customized advertisements through mobile device settings.
